Founder and Managing Partner of HV Legal

Szabolcs graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Szeged in 2015 and obtained a postgraduate degree as a compliance legal specialist in 2023.

Before founding HV Legal, he worked as a trainee lawyer at a Hungarian law firm serving a significant client base.

He has extensive professional experience in structuring complex commercial legal transactions, handling disputes, conducting due diligence processes, providing comprehensive legal support in mergers and acquisitions, as well as developing compliance-focused regulatory frameworks and representing the interests of large corporations. Throughout his career, he has advised Hungarian and international small, medium-sized, and large enterprises. He is fluent in German and English and also speaks Greek.

Szabolcs previously served as a member of the Trainee Lawyers’ Committee of the Budapest Bar Association and also served as an external expert member of the Finance Committee of a national minority self-government.
