Founder and Managing Partner of HV Legal

Miklós graduated from the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in 2013. Before the establishment of HV Legal, he was a member of an international law firm serving a significant client base.

His professional practice focuses on providing legal support for mergers and acquisitions and corporate sales, structuring holding companies, and the strategic planning and implementation of complex international investment structures. He has extensive experience in designing tax structures, handling compliance matters related to state aid, and representing clients in tax authority audits and tax litigation proceedings.

A key area of his expertise is the long-term planning and structuring of significant private wealth. Transactions often form part of a broader wealth planning strategy, incorporating trust structures, succession planning, and the deliberate development of family governance frameworks. His objective is to create solutions that ensure the protection of assets, their controlled transfer, and sustainable wealth management across generations.

His work is characterised by discretion, systems-level thinking, and a long-term perspective. He strives to develop robust legal structures that operate effectively in an international context while enabling sustainable value creation through controlled risk management.
